As you may have heard, Australia has closed its border to all visitors. Although we haven't got a crystal ball our judgement is that with the situation still deteriorating everywhere there is no chance of being able to continue our travels after NZ.
As contingency we have booked flights home from Auckland so now expect to be home on 25 April. If a miracle happens we'll make Plan Z.
In the meantime we'll enjoy the rest of New Zealand, stock up on duty free loo rolls and prepare to join in all the 'fun' at home.
